Violation of environmental regulations
Scattering dust management
In accordance with the Clean Air Conservation Act, we make efforts to
reduce the generation of dust in construction processes by spraying
water on roads inside and outside project sites, operating wheel
washing facilities, using dust collectors and installing upper
sprinkler coolers on temporary fences.
Noise and vibration management
In accordance with the Noise and Vibration Control Act, we conduct
periodic noise and vibration measurements to check compliance with
legal standards. Additionally, we make efforts to reduce noise and
vibration by actively utilizing low-noise techniques and facilities
such as low-noise foam and mobile noise barriers.
Waste management
In accordance with the Construction Waste Recycling Promotion Act, we
separately store and manage recyclable waste and entrust at least 90
percent of our waste to recycling companies to produce recycled
aggregates, solid fuel products and intermediate processed waste
materials, thus contributing to resource circulation activities.
Environmental education
We conduct environmental education for all our employees and our
partners at all project sites to implement effective environmental
management practices and raise environmental awareness among employees.
At the beginning of each year, environmental managers at each site
develop an environmental education plan on topics such as recent
environmental issues and major environmental management issues
by discipline type. They then conduct at least four education
session per year and write a report to evaluate the effectiveness
of the sessions.
Environmental campaign
We conduct environmental events on all project sites at least
once a month to maintain cleanliness inside and outside the sites.
Environmental banners are displayed throughout the sites to raise
environmental awareness among employees and make efforts toward
creating an eco-friendly work environment.
