Risk Management

Before starting construction, we review past defect cases and recent quality-related issues to identify and manage potential risks in advance, while keeping track of them in our risk management registers. We also use the help from waterproofing consulting firms to prioritize the management of areas where leaks are expected from the design through construction phase.

Quality education

We conduct quality education for all our employees and the employees of our partners at all project sites to implement effective quality management and raise quality awareness among employees. At the beginning of each year, quality managers at each site develop a quality education plan on topics such as recent quality issues and major quality management issues by discipline type. They then conduct at least one education session per month and write a report to evaluate the effectiveness of the sessions.

Quality audits

We conduct regular internal quality evaluations for all departments at our headquarters to ensure the effective operation and continuous improvement of our quality management system. In addition, we conduct quality evaluations and support evaluations for all construction sites, depending on the progress of their work, to understand the current state of their quality management systems and to take corrective and improvement actions where necessary. Outstanding sites are rewarded at the end of the year.
