Employee human rights awareness improvement

SGC conducts human rights education for all employees to foster a healthy corporate culture that respects
the human rights of each individual. We prevent potential human rights violation by running educational
programs such as the legally required Prevention Education on Workplace Sexual Harassment, and Education
for Improving Awareness of People with Disabilities. A workplace harassment response manual is readily
available in the workplace to guide employees to act appropriately. In addition, we enhance employee
awareness of human rights and provide education on potential human rights violations that may occur in the
workplace to prevent the recurrence of similar incidents. Going forward, we plan to provide education based
on written and on-site inspection results of human rights violations detected through human rights impact
assessments.
